We’ve been serving customers in the hospitality and retail sectors for over 20 years. Our growing portfolio of discerning clients includes prestigious hotels and restaurants; caterers, wholesalers, cafés, offices and business premises; and shops, from high street multiples, to the local corner shop.
If we’ve learned any
thing in that time, it’s
that our convenience,
reliability and flexibility
really make us stand
out from the crowd.
Convenience
We operate from our farm outside Lisburn and here we produce, process, bottle, package and distribute the milk and cream ourselves. This means we can get it to you quicker and fresher, so it has a longer fridge life, with less wastage.
Reliability
The consistent quality and pureness of our milk makes it the first choice for many chefs and catering staff. Both our whole and semi–skimmed milks are especially popular with café and restaurants, where achieving a superb froth on coffee is paramount.
Flexibility
Things change…so if you need to add to or reduce your order at any time, we’re only an email or a phone call away. Our normal ordering procedure is via a standing order that can be amended up to 11.00 pm the day prior to delivery. It doesn’t get much more flexible than that!
Seeing is believing
If you’re in the retail or hospitality trade and you’d like to see our operations in person, please contact Phillip Sanaghan on…
Our butter is an artisan product, which means there is simply no way to short–cut its manufacture. It demands creative skill, rigorous attention to detail and the highest quality cream. We can provide the first two of these ingredients, but only Draynes Farm can supply the third.
The whole ethos of Compass is based on providing quality, reliability and value. That’s why Draynes Farm is our ideal dairy supplier of milk and cream. From the reliability of their delivery, to the consistency of their products, the Draynes team really go out of their way to make it easy for us to do business with them. In fact, that strand of quality and value runs through everything they do and it’s reflected in the strength of the business relationship between our two companies.
Draynes Farm has been supplying our shops with their top quality milk and dairy products for over twenty years. We certainly couldn’t imagine stocking any other brand. More importantly perhaps, our customers wouldn’t let us. We’re a family business and so are they – so there’s already a natural synergy between our two businesses. But more importantly, it makes good business sense for us to stock Draynes farm dairy products – they’re utterly reliable…their quality is superb…and they’re what our customers demand.

When it comes to quality ingredients, my chefs and I refuse to compromise. That’s why it has to be Draynes Farm milk and dairy products all the way.
The best coffee demands the very best milk. That’s why we have no hesitation in recommending Draynes Farm milk and cream products to our Illy stockists. Steaming with Draynes Farm milk means every barista can create smooth velvety milk with light, fluffy froth… perfect for an impeccable Illy cappuchino…which is quite a mouthful, just like our coffee!
Draynes Farm milk and dairy products are a vital ingredient in our culinary offering. Their products exude the stamp of quality that is the hallmark of the Merchant Hotel…indeed of every facility within the Beannchor Group. More than that, we find that as a company, Draynes Farm is highly customer focused. This means they’re responsive to our needs… they’re progressive in their product portfolio…and they make it easy for us to do business with them.
Here at Shu, our goal is to provide delicious food, using the best seasonal ingredients…served at a reasonable price…in an elegant location…and with professional, yet relaxed, friendly service. We find there’s a good ‘fit’ with Draynes Farm. They share our commitment to flavour, quality and they practise our business ethos of putting the customer first.
We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional coffee experience to our customers, and an integral part of that is down to the quality of the milk we use. By choosing locally sourced Draynes Farm milk we know we are getting the very best quality. We find that Draynes Farm milk froths to perfection, producing a highly consistent microfoam— a pourable, virtually liquid foam that tastes sweet and rich. We believe Draynes Farm milk is the perfect accompaniment to our secret Mocha Italia blend, allowing our baristas to make superb Cappuccinos, Flat Whites and Lattes each and every time.

Country Kitchen
There’s an inherently ‘homely’ feel to Draynes Farm dairy products which perfectly matches the style and ethos of Country Kitchen Home Bakery and our products. But of course homely doesn’t mean old fashioned – our experience of Draynes Farm products is one of exceptional quality and consistency. Rather like our own home baked and cooked food, in fact!
We’re a locally owned, sourced and staffed shop, serving retail customers and restaurants throughout Belfast. This means the ethos of providing fresh and local lies at the heart of everything we do. Our reputation, particularly among the restaurants that we supply, depends on utter consistency in quality and service. In every respect then, Draynes Farm is a perfect fit for our business, not only in terms of the quality of their produce, but in the reliability of their deliveries.
